Investigating - We have noticed an issue where some members are experiencing some issues with receiving text messages while roaming. This is currently being investigated by our technical teams. Read more here

Investigating - We have seen some reports on the community of members being unable to receive phone calls. This issue does not appear to be effecting all members and is only impacting calls received over VoLTE/VoWiFi, the technical team is aware and they are currently looking into the issue.
Monitoring - Recently we confirmed that the issue causing physical SIM’s and eSIM’s not to activate is no longer occuring. Over the last few days our technical teams have been working to clear the small backlog of members who have still been impacted by this issue, and we’re glad to confirm the remaining SIMs that were impacted have now been activated.

Update - We can confirm that the issue causing physical SIM’s and eSIM’s that was impacting activations from November 25th is no longer occurring.
There are still some members who are stuck in the activation stage and after further investigation from our technical team have confirmed that these are unrelated to this issue. The affected member’s activations are being worked on in an individual basis and any members impacted by this have been informed of the delay. Read more here

Identified - Our technical team are continuing to work on the activation of SIMs from over the last few days, however new activations for today have been restored,
This means SIMs ordered from November 25th through November 28th are still impacted, however SIMs ordered on another date can now be activated. Update - Our technical teams are continuing to work hard on a resolution for this issue. As part of the fix the team are working on, there will be a temporary hold on SIM activations. This means all SIM activations will currently be impacted. Investigating - We’re currently seeing an issue impacting SIM activations from the 25th of November, meaning that some requests to activate SIM cards from this date are taking longer to process. We are currently investigating the cause of this and will keep you updated here. Read more here

Investigating - We have been made aware this evening of an issue that appears to be affecting sim swaps for some members. Those impacted may see the message “oops something went wrong error” appear when trying to perform a sim swap to a physical sim, e-Sim and via the app. This doesn’t appear to be impacted all members and the technical team are aware and currently looking it.

Update - Following a systems upgrade we’ve been made aware that some of our members are now experiencing delays when trying to transfer their numbers. We’re really sorry about this. The team is aware and working hard to get it resolved as soon as possible.
We can identify members that have been impacted by delays, so anyone impacted will be notified on their account dashboard and receive an email from us. The email will provide impacted members with more details about the issue as well as next steps the member can follow. We are currently experiencing an issue with our provisioning service specifically impacting eSIM activations from December 15th, meaning members who tried to activate their eSIM on that date may be experiencing a delay in having their eSIM activated.
