Monitoring -
The technical team has informed us that this issue is now resolved and members are able to order sims again without facing an error message. We will of course continue to monitor over the next few days.
Investigating -
We are currently experiencing some unexpected issues with our SIM ordering service. Members may receive the error “There’s an error with ordering your SIM – please try again later.” when placing an order. We are finding that ⅔ of orders are still going through, despite this message appearing. Our technical team is currently investigating this.

We were recently made aware of an issue impacting members who had updated to the latest version of iOS (users who use iPhone). Some members who had updated to the latest version recently may have had issues using their mobile data. I am glad to confirm our technical team have investigated this and this issue is now resolved. We had recently been advised that some members were not receiving an MFA (Mult-Factor Authentification) code when requested. I am glad to confirm our technical team have investigated this issue and it has now been resolved. We have been advised that some members are not receiving an MFA (Mult-Factor Authentification) code and are unable to change how they receive the code. The relevant technical teams are aware and are investing . Read more here
