Resolved - Our technical team have advised that after monitoring for a period of time the issue has now been resolved and all members should now be able to log in without any further issues.

Update - We are continuing to monitor the fix that our technical team have implemented, and unfortunately, it appears that some members continue to face intermittent issues with logging in and registering. Our technical team are continuing to investigate this, and if anyone is still facing an issue, please try a new browser or clearing your cache & cookies from your device.

Monitoring - The technical team have identified the cause of the login/registration issue being experience by some members, and have made a change which should now all members to login/register on www.giffgaff.com as expected.
We will continue to monitor this issue for the time being.

Investigating - We have noticed an issue with giffgaff.com. New registrations are not completing, and already registered members are having issues logging in. Logging in to the giffgaff community is working for most members, with some intermittent issues. This is currently being investigated by our technical teams. Read more here

Investigating - This morning, we noticed that some members when calling 43430 received an error message of “Technical Issues”. Calling 43431 is working as it should. We are currently investigating the cause of this and will keep you updated here.
