Monitoring -
Our technical team have just informed us that they have been able to resolve the issue some members have been facing with receiving calls and texts.
Investigating -
We have had a few members reporting an issue with receiving incoming calls & text messages, and have let us know that the person calling their number hears a message stating that the ‘number is not recognised’and texts fail. We had recently been made aware that some members were unable to log in to their account and were presented with the error message ‘Oops, Sorry, something went wrong on our side. Try again in a few minutes’.
Investigating -
We have been made aware that some members are unable to log in to their account via both the website and app. Affected members are being presented with the error message ‘Opps, Sorry, something went wrong on our side.
