Update -
Following a systems upgrade we’ve been made aware that some of our members are now experiencing delays when trying to transfer their numbers. We’re really sorry about this. The team is aware and working hard to get it resolved as soon as possible.
We can identify members that have been impacted by delays, so anyone impacted will be notified on their account dashboard and receive an email from us. The email will provide impacted members with more details about the issue as well as next steps the member can follow. We have received comms from VMO2 about 360 Platform being unavailable intermittently between 11:56am - 12:05pm. giffgaff was advised to have been impacted. As 360 is our provisioning platform this means activations would have been impacted during this time.

Since 2:20pm today until 3:40pm there was an issue with payments. Some members were unable to purchase plans, top-ups or add card details. This has been rectified by the team and is now resolved.

Good news, our technical teams have confirmed that any members affected by the activation issue from June 17th have been resolved, and any backlog has been cleared.

We are seeing some Online activations and Lost and Stolen SIM Swaps are currently stuck, therefore some members that activated a SIM or requested Lost and Stolen SIM Swaps this morning between 08:17 - 10:06 may face a delay to that request completing. Read more here
