Update - The team has continued to closely monitor the services and due to the degraded performance we have had to put the website back into outage. This means that at the moment the giffgaff website and app, logging into the giffgaff Community and automated numbers to top up/change plan and to request STAC/PAC codes will be unavailable.

We are working on sorting this as soon as possible and will make sure to update you all once we have more information. Read more here

Identified - While the systems have been restored, we have noticed that there is a degraded performance, which means members navigating the site are currently experiencing slow speeds and delays in completing actions.

The team is actively looking into this and working on getting it sorted as soon as possible and we will let you know once we have any further updates.
