Investigating - We have been notified of a number of member cases being raised for issues receiving calls from other networks. Calls from VMo2 network numbers are still working as expected. We are currently investigating this issue and will keep you updated here.

We are aware of an issue impacting PAC or STAC code request via IVR line 43431 - Some members wishing to get a et a PAC or STAC code via these channels may hear an error message - Oops seems like we've got gremlins., therefore PAC or STAC code request via the IVR is unavailable
Members wishing to get a PAC or STAC are still able to do so via SMS and via Web or App - members should text PAC to 65075 or STAC to 75075 to obtain the code,
