Investigating
There is an issue with our Clonshaugh site that manages some of our member traffic. One of the switches has failed. The switch failure will impact some members when receiving, low balance notifications, auto top up services and regulatory end of call notifications.

This incident affected: giffgaff communications (Low Balance Notification, End of Call Notifications) and Plans & Credit (Auto Topup Services).
